Former Australian cricket captain Michael Clarke and wife Kyly have purchased a four-bedroom terrace within a new development near Morisset, NSW in Lake Macquarie.

They purchased the off-the-plan for around $1.38 million at Trinity Point, a $388 million mixed-use marina development 90 minutes’ drive from Sydney and 30 minutes from Newcastle.

Mr Clarke said Trinity Point’s location encouraged him to invest in the development.

“Trinity Point is going to become an absolute Sydney weekend hotspot — another Palm Beach or day trip destination but with more of a marina-lifestyle resort focus,” he said.
